About the Role:
- Provide support to Legal directorand enhance office effectiveness
- Handle communication with clients, witnesses etc.
- Attend MOL trials
- Prepare case briefs and summarize depositions, interrogatories and testimony
- Locate and develop case relevant information
- Type up and file basic legal documents and correspondence
- Monitor deadlines and juggle calendars
- Providing assistance with dispute settlement and other formalities
- Analyzing legal matters and documentations
- Conduct investigations and statistical/documentary research
Requirementsand Skills
- Proven working experience as Legal Officer or Advisor
- Familiarity with law, legal procedures and protocols, and court system
- Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office
- Computer literacy
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to juggle multiple activities and work under pressure
- Bachelor degree in Sharia and/or Law
- Practice of Law license
