- Make travel arrangements & Document expenses in reports.
- Use a blend of conventional and modern tools for systematic scheduling of client appointments and meetings.
- Maintain clear and concise telephonic communication to handle inquiries by portraying high professional standards.
- Facilitate visitors by guiding them to the respective destination in the company.

- Well-versed in using appropriate vocabulary and body language while interacting with others.
- Good command of team collaboration and listening skills to maintain a friendly work atmosphere.
- Computer literate in all MS Office software.
- Ability to understand the existing issues of team members, coming up with practical solutions.
- Certified or professional command of Microsoft products like Teams, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Exhibiting phenomenal command in handling multiple responsibilities with strict adherence to the defined deadlines.
