Assistant Administration Office (Local)

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for an experienced Saudi Nationals one (1) AssistantAdministration Office to join our top qualified and knowledgeableADMINISTRATION Team either in KSA Projects (i.e. Rastanura).

What you will need to do:

  • Types correspondence reports and other documents.
  • Maintains office files, and passports.
  • Opens and distributes the office mail.
  • Operates the office machinery including, printers, photocopiers, fax.
  • Prepares all kind of monitoring reports concerning company employees.
  • Coordinates with site administration officers.
  • Performs any other related duties as assigned.
  • Ensures compliance with Local Labor Law.
  • Performs any other related duties as assigned.

What you will need to have:

  • Two (2) – Three (3) years experience, either business- or HR- related.
  • A Bachelor degree or equivalent will be considered a strong asset.
  • Computer Literate in MS-Windows and MS-Office (mainly Excel and Word).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Good attendance.
  • Good command (written and oral) of the English language.

  • Previous experience in similar position on project Site worked with heavy industrial construction company.
