الوصف الوظيفي

• Reports to the President/CEO.
• Oversee and consolidates the financial statements of Adeem Int’l Group of companies.
• Direct and monitor all financial activity of the organization.
• Manage company cash flow including outside funding (bank loans, etc.)
• Establish internal work processes for the Finance & Accounting department and monitor their progress.
• Oversee all accounting works and set up internal and external audits to ensure the accuracy of information.
• Provide strategic financial planning & budgeting advices to increase profits, minimize losses and for the long-term growth of the company.
• Analyze and interpret financial data and present the information with reports to CEO and stockholders.
• Have a clear understanding of and adherence to current laws and regulations.

المهارات

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management or Finance.
• With Master’s degree and or CPA/CMA preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years’ experience in the related position.
• Proficiency in ERP, Microsoft suites and other business software. Odoo a bonus
• Excellent communication skills (English/Arabic) both orally and written.
• Expert problem solver and extremely knowledgeable in financial forecasting, planning & budgeting, accounting principles and financial data analysis.
• Strong leadership qualities.
