Provides technical assistance and support to end-users for hardware, software, and systems matters. Troubleshoots and analyzes problems to determine whether the problem is caused by hardware, software, or systems. Responds to all requests in a prompt and timely manner. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as good attention to detail.
Working knowledge of Windows networking and operating system and Apple IOS
The ability to adapt to a U.S.-based company culture
Bachelor's degree, 1+ years of work experience
