الوصف الوظيفي

  • Identify training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments
  • Liaising with managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs
  • Prepare and deliver training courses in line with the Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and in compliance with the company guidelines.
  • Manage the delivery of training and development programmes
  • Ensure that statutory training requirements are met
  • Evaluate training and development programmes
  • Research and coordinate with external training providers when needed in order to outsource training Programs.
  • Keep track of training costs and participate in the preparation of reports in order to justify expenditures.
  • Supervising and monitoring progress made via training programmes or schemes

الوصف الوظيفي

المهارات

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration; MBA in related field is a plus
  • Experience in contributing to training development processes with managers and providers; Preferably 4-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in English
  • Candidate should be locally available with Valid QID
