We are looking to hire a Software Sales Representative for our web design & development and for our collection of business applications products, to join InfoSoft team. This is a crucial role requires you to be energetic driven with passion. The position requires 2 or more years of experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Basic research and identify leads.
  2. Plan and execute all activities to generate leads and prospects.
  3. Process activities like called calling, emailing, and meetings potential customers.
  4. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/brands.
  5. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  6. Arrange and manage marketing campaign activities.
  7. Maintain information of the corporate connections such as partners, service providers, suppliers, freelancers either individuals or agencies, contracts, and memorandum of understanding with local and foreign partners.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have:

1. Must have Bachelor’s in computer science, information systems related fields with high GPA. It is preferred to have minor education in project management or business administration fields.

2. Must be Fluent in Arabic and English languages, verbal, and written skills.

3. Must be charismatic for sales and excellent interpersonal skills.

4. Must have UAE driving license.

Strongly preferred:

1. UAE experience.

2. Sound knowledge on CRM and ERP software.

3. Good knowledge in software development SDLC and IT best practices.

4. Good knowledge in selling business application software products such as CRM, Accounting, POS, HR and Payroll, etc.
