Senior Role in Finance Payroll

Job Description

  • Minimum of a high school diploma in Financial Accounting / College degree in Commerce or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Finance Specialist in a Supervisory role / similar experience in a 5 star hospitality industry.
  • Minimum of 1 -2 years experience in a similar position in a 5-star hospitality company.
  • Excellent Excel skills and knowledgeable in using Microsoft Financial and IBM Planning Systems.
  • Ensuring compliance with Financial and Cost Accounting Systems and Financial Policies and procedure of the Company.
  • Understanding of financial data, interpreting financial reports, conducting research across the organisation, generating statistics to drive the business forward and knowing the market trends.
  • Compliance with both internal and external Audit requirements.
  • Pro-active communication with fellow Ambassadors, Vendors, and Suppliers always with Company's interests in mind.
  • Time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.
