الوصف الوظيفي
- Target setting and generating plans on achieving.
- Stake holder management for the project.
- Categorize team with zone and providing goals on targets.
- Managing brands with proper analysis and forecast.
- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; and analyzing trends and results.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Implements promotions with proper planning and market alignment.
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
- Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; and following up on work results.
- Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains sales staff work results by counseling and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
الوصف الوظيفي
المهارات
- 7+ years of Experience in Telecom or similar sector with strong business development skills
- 7+ Years of Experience in Retail of Consumer Electronics (Mobile and IT Devices & Accessories)
- Degree in business administration/management
- Impressive, demonstrable track record and skills/experience gained within a similar position(s), at a similar level.
- Advanced computer skills; able to create and modify Excel spreadsheets, compile PowerPoint presentations etc
- Ability to work collaboratively with others to provide a high-quality service.
- Good IT skills e.g. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

- Maintain punctuality and professionalism
- Multilingual preferred
