  1. Prepare and manage manpower budget in the region.
  2. Track the key performance indicators of the work of the HR department and suggest improvements as needed by the area.
  3. Ensure that all HR operations adhere to legal standards.
  4. Develop and implement recruitment strategies and plans compatible with Nationalization programs to attract the best talent.
  5. Provide support and advice to departments on recruitment policies and procedures.
  6. Developing the employment network through the relevant contacts, professional centers, social networks, employment offices and fairs.
  7. Providing support to employees by creating a good relationship in the area and creating programs and activities in the workplace related to employee health and benefits.
  8. Problem solving and support to create a better workplace.
  9. Provides leadership and direction for all human resource activities in the area.
  10. lead and organize initiatives and directives at the district level.
  11. the timely processing associated with transfers, promotions, training, termination and new hires.

المهارات

Qualification Skills:

  • A relevant university qualification.
  • 3 years experience in recruitment and human resource management
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in working with Office programs and visual communication programs.
  • Proficiency in the use of human resources management programs and applicant tracking systems.
