Job Description

Write new programs or modify existing programs to meet customer requirements, using current programming languages and technologies.
Defines, designs, and builds dimensional databases to meet business needs.
Assists in resolving data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) and data stewards.
Verify the structure, accuracy, or quality of warehouse data.
Perform system analysis, data analysis or programming, using a variety of computer languages and procedures.
Implement business rules via stored procedures, middleware, or other technologies
Develop and implement data extraction procedures from other systems, such as SAP systems, CRM systems and HR systems etc.
Develop or maintain standards, such as organization, structure, or nomenclature, for the design of data warehouse elements, such as data architectures, models, tools, and databases
Provide or coordinate troubleshooting support for data warehouses.
Ensure data quality, compliance, and consistency of master data across business systems
Support the business with required procedures, submit incidents and change requests when needed.
Identify areas for data quality improvements and help to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies.
Ensures quality of master data in key systems, as well as development and documentation of processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity.
Creates supporting documentation and administrative reports (e.g. Data models, Design documentation, System Architectures, and timesheets)
Review and interprets all documentation including business requirements, functional and technical design specifications, etc.
Bachelor/Master Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Information Management, or Computer Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a major services organization, with large-scale data or project management and oversight experience.
5 years in a senior management role, with Board level change or transformation leadership experience.
Experience working with industry standards, regulations, and guidelines in database warehousing and other relevant systems.
Process orientation and user satisfaction attitude.
Able to efficiently prioritize work and timely inform stakeholders on the progress.
Good SQL knowledge.
Strong written and communication skills.
Knowledge of data quality and MDM tools such as Informatica.
