Ability to lead a team of waitresses.
Able to supervise, and manage a team of waitresses, and guide them when required.
The Head waitresses is responsible for the overall experience of the guests.
Take drink and food orders, communicate specials, recommend items, and manage the overall care of guests.
Responsible for timing food courses, and making sure the overall flow of the meal is proper.
Comfortable with the guests, presentable and friendly, while maintaining a professional attitude.
Able to recommend specialty cocktails and wines, and must be able to multi task while staying cool under all situations .
Additional Requirements:
Experience in Europe.
Excellent English and communication skills.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Customer service oriented.
Leadership skills.
