Position Title: Facility Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A modern hospital with state-of-the-art facilities based in Dubai.
Job Description:
- Ensure that facilities meet government regulations and health & safety standards
- Prepare the scope of work for Annual Maintenance , Cleaning , Security Service according to building needs
- Review bidder service agreement and select the service provider accordingly
- Working closely with service providers to maintain high quality services
المهارات
Qualifications:
- Open to Arabic nationals
- Male, 35 years old and below
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same role
- Must have UAE and hospital experience
- Preferably with experience in chilled water system
- Must be knowledgeable about authorities’ requirements/regulations (DHA, DM, DCD, etc.)
- Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
