- Minimum 7 years Card System experience, of which minimum 3 – 4 years in Cards and related applications & processes.
- Familiar with configuration of schemes & related applications.
- Able to use Multi-map feature to create custom routing and transactions screening filters.
- Strong knowledge of EMV, ISO8583 protocol variants, Encryption and PCI DSS. Hands on exposure with a range of Cards systems, Schemes (Visa/MasterCard/etc) processes.
- Proficiency in Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to software, hardware and networking.
- Produce and execute end-to-end test scenarios for authorization, clearing and settlement of Transactions of various card products.
- Excellent communication, coordination, documentation skills and SDLC process awareness.
- Multi-systems knowledge and its peripherals is highly preferred
- Experience in Software Development Life Cycle or Service Management (e.g. Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Availability, IT Continuant Management) is an advantage.
- Ability to identify requirements and create a solution architecture that meets identified requirements
- Ability to analyze the solution or processes (including, but not limited to Service Management) and offer ways to simplify it
- Improves team operation practices by incorporating best practices
- Successfully launches new features or re-architects old features. Begins to balance technology with business value
- Extensive service Management, scripting, packaging tools, or programming knowledge in various software languages
- Knowledge of relational databases, Oracle, SQL etc.
- Coordinate activities among different business and technical groups.
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills with an ability to visualize processes and outcomes
- Experience in system performance monitoring and tuning
- Continually improves system monitoring and alerting
- Identifies and fixes the security vulnerabilities
- Integrates software or existing solutions with existing systems
- Practical knowledge of DevSecOps Model
- Ability to develop test plans and quality assurance procedures
- Recommends changes in policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service that increases the current customer satisfaction levels.
- Maintain documentation of existing systems and processes
- Conform to IT and bank policy and procedures.
- Performs at or above the enterprise's Information Technology performance standards.
- Provide appropriate and required guidance and support as needed for the Business Resumption Plan testing, including first-level testing as required
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues related to software, hardware and networking.
- Support and maintain system problem analysis and resolution techniques
Qualifications
- Knowledge & Experience:
Fiserv systems – Implementation, configuration and troubleshooting at Level-2
Cards Porduct/Fee/etc Configuration: End to end card configurations, transaction flows and other interfaces implementation/configuration and making the environment ready for Production.
Application/product upgrade Support for any application or product upgrades
Audit: Making system ready for PCI/PA DSS audits
Production issues: Transaction investigation and production outage/incident management
SQL Server 2012 R2/2008 R2/2005 – Stored procedures, triggers, queries, administration, SQL Profiler, Installation
Payment Gateway: Integration with MasterCard, Visa and with other schemes and ensure connectivity
Certifications with Schemes: MTIP/ADVT/NIV/CDET Certifications for various banks
Fraud analysis: Configuration of Velocity, Limits and other business rules
Business reports: Reports configuration, Extract and reconciliation
Application/Server Patch validation and testing and deployment in production
ISO-8583 Payments Protocol
Cards related applications: Configuration and support
Settlement of Issuer – Understanding of Daily cycle of EFT Processing of Issuer
Visa, MasterCard, etc, mandates implementation
MS-Office, Windows batch scripting (Automation)
ITIL Framework – Incident, Request, Change Management, RCA
UAT Support/Coordination, if required
Support UAT activities with business/operations , if required
Create KT documents for future references
Experience in using testing tools like HP QC and JIRA
- Skills:
Should be skilled in identifying any dependencies & Risks involved in any phase of the Project
Ability to multi task is essential
Experience on Scrum Methodology
Experience in working in client-facing assignments
