E-Commerce Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end the process of getting products onto the website from physical store to ensure accurate collation of content
• Ensure all website content and product descriptions are SEO compliant and in line with company’s guidelines
• Maintaining and updating existing product listings
• Liaising with sales team to ensure information on products is complete and accurate
• Take e-commerce product photos according to guidelines and ensure organized labeling
• Providing ad-hoc administrative support for E-Commerce team
• Manage customer inquiries and orders from the website

Social Media Responsibilities:

• Act as a sales consultant for all inquiries on Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat
• Creating and posting daily content on these platforms according to company aesthetic guidelines
• Ensure all content posted links back to the website

Compensation:

• AED 2000 per month
• Opportunity to increase responsibilities if all goes well and grow in your role
• Opportunities to take up responsibilities in other verticals if all goes well
• Flexibility to work from home for half the day
• Minimum 3 months commitment

You will be taught everything there is to know in this role. All we ask is that you are keen, willing and able to pick things up.

المهارات

Requirements/skills:

• Basic Arabic or the ability to communicate via text using Google Translate
• Conversational Hindi is a bonus
• Highly organized, attention to detail, meticulous and hard working
• Ability to think like a customer
• Positive attitude and a willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities.
• Ability to learn quickly and technology literate
• Genuine interest in e-commerce, social media and selling
• High School Graduate, no experience required
• Own UAE Residence Visa
• Able to commute to our Sharjah office
