Acting Two Roles at the same time,

To be a the direct person in covering the General Manager’s Responsibilities in his Absenteeism, and To be a full-time Customer Service Manager Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources, managing staff and mobilizing resources.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that customers are served efficiently and timely to maximize customer satisfaction and meet customer expectations
  • Ensure that all failed service tickets are being solved and registered through the right channels.
  • Manage the Customer Service and Customer return team, and Cashiers team
  • Meeting Customers on the floor in case of complaints or requirements.
  • Monitor Customer Service and Hospitality teams on the store floor
  • Ensure standards for quality, health, and safety are met, and the showroom environment is clean.
  • Tour the sales floor regularly, identify the needs and resolve urgent issues.
  • Review and monitor the daily rosters of the showroom staff
  • Conduct the required training sessions when needed.
  • Deal with staffing issues such as interviewing potential qualified staff.

5 – 8 years of experience in Customer Service and showroom managements

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
