Job Purpose:

This function represents an integral part of the Unit’s Core Management Team in that it is responsible for translating the customer service vision into measurable goals and targets to achieve the Unit’s purpose. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Oversee the preparation and revision of contracts that involve the purchase of goods and services.
  • Oversee proposal planning and administration of contracts.
  • Prepare contract briefs and revisions summarizing contractual requirements and budgets.
  • Track authorizations and correspondence.
  • Maintain detailed and organized files / data.
  • Prepare contract change notices including the reporting and status of contractor and owner deliverables.
  • Maintain an audit file for each contract which will include original contract, all correspondence, changes / deviations, amendments, clarifications, payment schedules.
  • Prepare and disseminate information to appropriate employees regarding contract status.
  • Ensure the contractor is in compliance with legal requirements, owner specifications and government regulations.
  • Track payments and deadlines.
  • Analyze and mitigate risks.
  • Provide contracts summaries and ensure contract execution in accordance with company policy.
  • Build and streamline the processes and procedures for Contracts Management.
  • Create value by leveraging operational synergies across ENBD Group and the delivery of superior internal support services.
  • Implementation of world class operational management methodologies and the utilization of tools, processes and technology to achieve better results.

Person Specification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any related field.
  • 2-3 years of banking experience.
  • General Services / Administration Services / Contracts Management Knowledge.
