Job Purpose:
The agent will be responsible managing relationship with Liv. Customers. The primary focus area would be to service customer queries, complaints, requests, feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
The agent will be required to achieve high levels of service standards and maximize client satisfaction.
Person Specification:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- 1-2 years of analytics experience
- Digital banking knowledge.

- Including handling multiple customers' requirements
- Deliver consistent world-class customer service.
- Maintain high levels of service standards while dealing with customers.
