الوصف الوظيفي
- Preparation and Submission of Bids / accordance in accordance with the tender specs
- Manage and document tenderer requirements and compliance throughout the bid phase to ensure scope clarity and alignment of tenderer expectations
- Collaborate with IDC/CDC Engineering and Technical team to optimize the commercial and technical offer.
- Knowledge of basic design and technical materials (know how to read a technical drawing)
- Prepare the cost calculations with the coordination of the commercial team.
- Intermediate Knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel to support with presentations
- Good/Excellent English writing.
- Knowledge of the Qatari Standards (ie. Civil defense, Kahramaa, etc…)
