Assistant Manager – Front Office

Job Description

Summary
You will be responsibleto assist with theefficient running ofthe department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager – Front Office is responsible to assist the Front Office Manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the Front Desk at the hotel.
Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager in a hotel.
  • Bilingual speaker (Arabic & English) will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication and customer relations skills.
  • Flexibility in working shifts.
  • Ability to multi tasks & handle workload.
