This job posting is for digital artists (NOT GRAPHIC DESIGNERS), who can help create game worlds and characters in different genres. it is important that your style is versatile and your understanding of clean lines shadows and light are very good.

Job Requirements
- Must be able to draw characters from a creative brief
- Must be able to draw environments from a creative brief
- Produce initial mood boards per assignment
- Quickly provide rough scaling sketches
- Create designs within game-mechanic limitations
- Design with dimensions and turnarounds
- Interpret reference images into realized renderings
- Consistently pivot designs based on team-feedback
- Exhibit flexibility across many visual genres
- Work closely with the rest of the art team to maintain a consistent aesthetic across game assets
- Be able to own the process from initial sketch to finished in-game asset for new elements while working within a small strike team
- Must have:
- A portfolio including character design, turnarounds, environmental designs, and prop design
- A work machine that can handle the design and rendering workload
- An understanding of anatomy, proportion, and perspective
- An understanding of color theory
- Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize effectively
- Must have your own equipment
- Must be able to attend meetings in US times
- Must be able to work quickly and under deadlines
- Must speak and write English
