In charge of coordinating administrative activities in the entity, including coordination of all accounting documents, and providing all necessary accounting support. In charge of tax and VAT declarations and coordination with tax officers and administrative tasks regarding employees.

Responsibilities:
Finance/ Account payable:
•In charge of accountancy and tax process
•Provision of the necessary information for General Ledger entries. Coordinate all accounting documents and provide all necessary accounting support.
•Organizing and tracking document flows with suppliers and customers, check and transfer to Shared Services Centre in France
•Preparation of local payments when required
•Organize and manage the archiving of accounting documentation
Taxes:
•Prepare VAT and WHT returns and publish them after validation by the finance manager
•Preparation of tax payments
•Manage relationships with the tax representative office, gathering and providing all necessary documentation
•Interaction with Tax authorities (tax inspection, conduct reconciliation) in coordination with consultant company
Qualifications: Accounting or Finance Bachelor’s degree preferred (VAT certificate)
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience such in financial accounting.
VAT and Tax experience is a must
