We are looking for A pizza maker manages other cooks, follows recipes, knows how to work with pizza dough and ensures a high-quality product.
Duties and Skills:
- Prepare high-quality pizza ingredients such as: dough, sauces, and toppings like pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes
- Trains other cooks in the preparation process so all meals are uniform.
- Checks quality of pizzas before they’re served to guests.
- Package pizzas neatly when they come out of the oven
- Collaborates with staff on menu items.
- Resolves customer complaints with diplomacy.
- Makes sure the kitchen is clean and sanitized.
- Monitor inventory and communicate with a supervisor when stock and supplies are running low

Requirements:
- Previous experience with making pizza in a restaurant setting is preferred
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and during our restaurant’s other busy hours
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and teamwork skills
- Willingness to take direction and adapt to shifting circumstances
