Qualifications
- University degree
- Some work experience in HR field is preferable
- Strong verbal and written communications skills in English
- Strong MS Office skills, e.g in Excel & Word system literacy is preferable
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Who You'll Work With
You will be based in on of our Middle East Offices – Cairo, Dubai, Doha or Karachi office as part of our MEO People team.
You will provide administrative support to the People team in a wide range of areas (e.g., recruiting, new hire onboarding, staffing, performance management, mobility, exits).
This is a full time internship with 1 year contract.What You'll Do
You will support management of candidate data, using existing application tracking tools and contribute to resume screening & decision meeting facilitation.
You will respond to ad hoc requests for data analysis, data maintenance, event support etc. and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. You will work with team to plan recruiting events calendar and manage all event logistics, scheduling and communications that need to happen locally/virtually.
You will administer staffing process by collecting engagement and consultant availability information, maintaining relevant databases and records, and assisting in preparing staffing-related reports and analysis. You will support the smooth entry and exit of employees, including administering background checks, coordinating new hire onboarding, processing relevant paperwork, sharing HR/benefits information with new firm members, and administering new hire processes.
You will update recruiting calendar and help coordinate consultants deployment for recruiting events and conduct personnel analysis and reporting, using firm databases. You will function as key contact for women recruiting priority across the office and design and implement women recruiting strategies and key initiatives. You will support consultants review processes, including scheduling review meetings, collecting materials, managing databases, preparing documents, providing on-site meeting support, process follow-up, and communicating with relevant stakeholders.
And last but not least, you will contribute to team projects, other strategic sessions and initiatives and work on opportunities to improve people processes and approaches
