We are leaders in Moscow and St. Petersburg in the market of design and renovation services, we have been working for more than 8 years.

Now we have launched a branch in Dubai

And we are actively recruiting a Partnership Sales Manager (5 years+) to be based in Dubai.

What we are offering to you:

• build a system for the development of partner programs;

• salary: 5000AED – fixed + commission from clients transferred by brokers and other partners (10000 – 20000AED per month)

• partner network development resources and tools to earn more;

• a team of experts and the help of a manager;

• interesting tasks and freedom in decision-making;

• itinerant work (partly in the office, partly at facilities)

• comfortable office at Business Bay

المهارات

We are looking for an employee who:

• has experience in similar activities, or experience in related fields;

• has experience in working with real estate agents;

• understands the specifics of renovation and construction business;

• has a desire to influence business scaling and can build long-term relationships with different types of people.

What you need to do:

• develop a partner sales network through an independent active search and attraction of partners (especially working with brokers);

• manage the receipt of leads from the partners;

• ensure the implementation of the sales and conversion plan.
