POSITION OBJECTIVE
– This position is responsible to manage an experience team of HC Coordinator and HC Executives.
– Provide leadership and coordination of company HC functions.
– Formulation of HR and IR strategy aligned to business.
– Implementation of new and / or existing HR Policies and system aimed of attracting, motivating and attaining talent.
Recruitment:
– Overview manpower planning and recruitment for Footwear and Fashion Division with 22 brands.
– Recruit Sr. positions (i.e., Brand Manager, Operation Manager and Planner etc.)
– Manage 90% fill rate for all the brands for all the brands tally under your portfolio.
– Organize overseas and local recruitment drive and manage Nationality matrix.
– Prepare hiring status report monthly.
Operations:
– Ensure disciplinary and performance issues are addressed within 48 to 72 hours.
– Setting up effective communication between staff and department heads related to company policies and practices.
– Resolving staff issues.
– To overview induction for the group.
Performance Management:
– To manage yearly perform management cycle.
– To overview region like KSA.
