- Modifying HR laws and regulations to enhance the work culture of the company.
- Assist the senior management in creating smart development modules as per departmental requirements.
- Collecting relevant data of team members for managerial and financial operations.
- Contribute to the advancement of the company by managing efficient recruitment drives.
- Evaluate existing L&D sessions and implement modifications for improvement.
- Manage all staff review processes, including KPI and Performance Management.
