CRM Project Manager
Job Description
- Responsible for delivering the projects.
- Leads and the manages the delivery team and CRM Developers.
- Designing and applying appropriate management standards.
- Managing the production of the required deliverable.
- Managing projects risks including the development of contingency plans.
- Applying Change control and configuration management processes.
- Ensuring all documentation including the Business Requirements Document, Functional Specification Document, Test Cases etc are of the highest standards and are implemented accordingly.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in project management in a CRM software development and implementation environment
- Minimum of 3 years leadership experience, client management, communication, managing large and complex projects and associated budgets
- Experience in implementing procedures and actions
- Ability to provide clear timeline and milestone reporting
- Experience developing and managing standard project management documents and processes (Project Charter, Requirements Document, Project Change Management, etc.)
- Problem solving abilities with a strategic view focused on developing great products
- Knowledge of software development life cycles, web technologies, and web development processes
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, re-enforcing team building and empowerment
- Bachelor's degree or Associate degree plus equivalent experience required (Master's degree preferred)
