A successful candidate will be expected to:
1. Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
2. Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, dairy and other food items
3. Process prepared foods for service using ovens, gas stoves, fryers and griddles
4. Assure that each item is cooked to the Chef and guest's specifications and is garnished as per the requirements
5. Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area including tables, shelves, fryers, burners, ovens, flat top griddles and refrigeration equipment both during and after service
6. Stock inventory appropriately when required
7. Ensure that food comes out of the kitchen simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
8. Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
