Maintains and directs the daily operations of the business, including coordinating with human resources, legal, sales, marketing, manufacturing, accounting, IT and other departments.

Design and implement business and financial strategies, plans and procedures.

Implement expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.) Manage relationships with partners/vendors.

Responsibility to effectively manage costs.

Set challenging and realistic goals for growth, performance and profitability. Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.

Increase productivity at all levels to effectively achieve company goals.

Build a Culture- managing the people side of an organization, which includes responsibilities such as interviewing new

employees, developing strategies for developing talent at all levels, and coaching organizational leaders.

Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.

Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance.

Assist executive team members in creating, growing and building a world class, industry leading organization.

Work closely with senior management team to create, implement and roll out plans for operational processes, internal

infrastructures, reporting systems and company policies all designed to foster growth, profitably and efficiencies within the company.

Foster a growth oriented, positive and encouraging environment while keeping employees and management accountable to company policies, procedures and guidelines.

Develops and implements policies for daily operations, and communicates these policy changes to department supervisors.
