Asset Management Analyst
Job Description
- Senior support analyst is responsible for the maintenance of hardware.
- 3-4 years of experience
- ITIL V3 Awareness / Foundation Certified
- Fluent in spoken & written English
- Arabic Language (spoken : as add on skill)
- Awareness of the IT hardware & Equipment's
- Inventory management experience
- Dealing with suppliers / support parties / follow-ups
- Communicate effectively with both external and internal customers.
- Awareness of the IT Infrastructure & Applications
- Customer service skills and client focus
- Strong communications skills including the ability to communicate technical information in using non-technical language
