The candidate is responsible for following up the movement of the company’s application and the activity of social networks and the development of the marketing strategy by searching for what the audience is interested in on the communication networks. He also studies and analyzes the audience's interests to provide powerful content that achieves the greatest benefit to the audience and achieves the highest loyalty rate for the company's products and services. Its main responsibilities are as follows:
- Coordination with the advertising agency that implements the company's social media plans and campaigns.
- Conducting research and studying the target audience and current trends.
- Follow up the company's application activity, research its development, and identify ways to make the most of it.
- Contribute to the creation of content that attracts the attention of the public and increases the rate of interaction on the communication platforms.
- Provide reports on website traffic and monitor and control SEO.
- Keeping abreast of changes in all social media platforms to ensure maximum benefit.
- Suggesting new ways to attract potential customers, such as making promotions and contests on various social media platforms.
- Facilitating online conversations with customers and the target audience and responding to various inquiries.
- Report comments and problems faced by customers.
- Supervising the design and creation of social networking accounts.
- Follow-up and analysis of competitors' products and their advertising and promotional campaigns on social media platforms.
- Executing email marketing campaigns.
- Designing and supervising all aspects of the company's digital marketing department including database marketing, email and display advertising campaigns.
- Develop and monitor the company's advertising campaign budgets.
- Performing site analyzes through the use of Google Analytics tools.
- Preparing analytical reports on the company's position on the communication platforms and the general performance of the company's advertising campaigns.
- Coordination with the various departments and sections related to the company.
- Learn about the latest trends and technologies that affect the company's activities and products.
- Monitoring any new electronic channels or means.
- Studying future digital projects and presenting new proposals and ideas
