AIX Administrator

Job Description

• IBM AIX and Power system Infrastructure design and Implementation.
• Expert Knowledge on VERITAS Cluster ware and Info scale infrastructure Design and implementation.
• Excellent knowledge in PowerVM Virtualization Technologies such as VIO,HMC,NPIV,SEA,LPM.. etc.
• Excellent skills in UNIX System Management concepts including, AIX, Power Systems , RHEL, and Solaris.
• Technical expertise also include strong administration and maintenance of AIX Builds using HMC, NIM, mksysb, HACMP management, build and LPAR, on Power Hardware series.
• . Experience in setting up virtual environments with VIO, NPIV, and Live Partition Mobility etc.
• Experience in SAN technologies such as IBM, EMC and Storage based disaster recovery setups.
• Experience in Veritas file systems (VxFS) and Veritas cluster (VCS).
• Excellent skills in problem identification and fixing.
• Experience in VMWARE.
• IBM Pureflex – Pure Systems Implementation Skills.
• Good concepts on Amazon Web service and Cloud technologie.
