Procurement Executive / Permanent / Riyadh /

A leading client of ours who is within the Defence Sector are seeking a Procurement Executive to join the team. You will be primarily in charge of overseeing the procurement for the organisation, priortising cost-efficiency and quality.

Role responsibilities and experience required:

  • You will be required to prepare business plans for high value purchases.
  • You will have experience in managing average purchasing sizes ranging in hundered and thousands of dollars
  • You will be required to Track and provide critical operational indicators in order to cut costs and increase efficiency.
  • You will have experience in being able to manage purchases of high financial value.
  • You will be responsible to manage the company's supply inventory, compile and analyse procurement requests, develop purchase plans, handle purchase procedures, and maintain records of all transactions producing reports regularly.
  • You will be required to Implements procurement policies and guidelines to ensure competent quality execution of all routine purchasing and related administrative tasks.
  • Ensures the overall quality and uniformity of tender documents, as well as the issuance of tenders, the evaluation of quotations, and the analysis of vendor terms and conditions.
  • You will on occasion be requested to assist and support on RFQ and RFP and your assistance will entail being able to advise and inform on cost and purchase options.
