One of our client is looking for Organizational Design Specialist & Analyst

• Minimum 15 years of experience
• Working on preparing, developing, and updating the department’s operational model based on the establishment law and the department’s strategy
• Working on preparing and updating the department’s organizational structure, including the tasks related to the organizational divisions, in coordination with the stakeholders in the sectors and departments in the department based on the operating model
• Working on preparing and updating the department’s job structure and setting job titles that are appropriate to the tasks set in coordination with the stakeholders in the sectors and departments in the department and affiliated entities.
• Working on preparing and updating job descriptions and evaluating jobs for the job structure of the department and its affiliates.
• Working on preparing and calculating the annual job burden and financial cost (job budget) for jobs in the department and affiliated entities.
