Our company provides payment solutions that process both traditional card payments and other alternative payment methods around the world. We work on all continents in more than 170 countries (excluding sanctioned countries).

And right now we are looking for a Legal councel/Compliance officer who is interested in developing together with the company, while working with our dynamic team.

What do we expect from you:

· higher education in law;

· work experience of at least for three years in a similar position;

· confident knowledge of the current legislation;

· proficiency in English;

· Knowledge of Mandarin (Chinese) will be an additional advantage;

· working experience as a lawyer in a gambling/betting/financial/crypto activities will be an additional advantage

· working experience in China, UAE or any additional country will be an additional advantage

What legal tasks await you:

· development of the draft agreements of various types;

· verification of contract's drafts provided by contractors for compliance with the law;

· studying, analyzing, generalization the results of consideration of claims, disputes, the practice of changing, concluding, executing, terminating contracts;

· company registration and bank accounts opening;

· providing legal assistance to employees of structural units with the preparation and execution of various documents;

· working with government agencies (obtaining a license), ensuring that the company (site) complies with the terms of the license;

· registration of intellectual property rights.

Compliance officer tasks include:

· Assess operational risks

· Provide financial crime compliance advice

· Creating and implementing AML frameworks, procedures and policies

· Acting as a first point of contact for compliance concerns

· Screening payments

· Training staff on compliance procedures

· Being a champion of compliance culture

· Developing strategies for risk management

· Reviewing and auditing the organisation’s adherence to compliance procedures

· Remaining up to date on current regulatory and compliance changes

· Reporting compliance issues and recommending changes
