Who You'll Work With
You will be based in our Riyadh office as part of the Middle East office Learning and Development team. You will work as part of the core team to proactively define and implement the learning journey for Middle East office and Elixir consultants, partners and other team members while supporting our consultants overall professional development. Your focus will be on our KSA based colleagues across the McKinsey Riyadh and Elixir locations.What You'll Do
You will perform planning and organization of the pre-program logistical arrangements including managing participant and faculty communications (e.g., invitations, agendas, pre-requisites), hotel arrangements (room block, meeting space), off-site venues, ground transportation and program materials
You will manage participant registration and collaborate with the learning program leader on any issues that arise related to program administration and participant attendance. You will provide on-site planning support, lead faculty meetings and prep faculty as needed. You will problem solve with faculty around arising issues, create and distribute program schedules/materials, manage timelines and collect/compile program feedback.
You will coordinate with vendors (hotels, restaurants and activity venue) as well as monitor budget and support in payments for external vendors. You will also compile and summarize learning data (attendance, feedback, others as needed). Lastly, you will compile program evaluations and communicate to relevant parties, work on team projects as needed, stay abreast of best practices in program delivery (including digital and multimedia) and help develop, document and implement them.
