Job Description
* ESSENTIAL TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Work with the School Leadership on the development and revised the new programs and newcurriculum.
2. Work closely with the School Leadership in the preparation, forecasting, monitoring and reviewing of budgets with due regard to policies, financial regulations and good practice. Control budgets andoptimize expenses.
3. Collaborate with School Leadership to define the teaching and non-teaching positions needed to implement the School's programs and ensure selection and employment of competent personnel to fillpositions as needed.
4. Represent the school in its relations with local, state, regional, and national educational organizations and accrediting agencies.5. Support School Leadership in the implementation of school improvement plans.6. Oversee daily operations of the Schools (units) & visits schools on a regular basis to monitor day-to-day operations. 7. Design strategy and set goals for growth.8. Ensure continuous improvement in the administrative and academic systems and procedures.9. Prepare analytical studies of the environmental reality of the schools periodically during the academic year, point out the main challenges facing the achievement of the short and long term objectives of the institution and the recommendations necessary to overcome them. Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance.10. Prepare regular reports for upper management.
