الوصف الوظيفي
- Assist management team with administrative, food quality and sales tasks (needful training of food safety will be conducted accordingly).
- Assist the management team in effectively planning day to day tasks i.e.: organizing, maintaining files, electronic paper work neatly communicating and scheduling with suppliers, clients or others by email and or phone.
- Prepare purchase order invoices, input all expenses, purchases, sales, and production invoices in the company-specific software to generate required data.
- Overseeing a thorough and detailed monitoring of food safety and quality of all Vital Food Co. operation and products reporting to the management team.
- Gather and implement all ISO 2200 Food Safety documentations and procedures accurately within the facility and operation.
- Coordinates with suppliers, lab, pest management or any other service providers about concerning matter.
- Work alongside management team on daily basis and openly communicate back and forth with kitchen and management team about day-to-day tasks.
- Delivers Vital Food Co. product to the customer's warehouses or other required location, routinely checks all products display in all customer's branches and reports market findings to the management.
- Assist management team in sales calls when needed and or other external task such as purchasing specific supplies or other work related matter.
