Ø Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the Plant facility’s equipment.

Ø Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and

Ø Performs scheduled maintenance repairs during machine service.

Ø Performs simple machinist duties and responsibilities.

Ø Perform mechanic skills including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic,

Ø Hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.

Ø Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.

Ø Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.

Ø Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.

Ø Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.

Ø Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment

Ø In performing duties.

Ø Detect fully operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to

Ø Proper supervision.

Ø Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

Responsible for hygiene and HACCP standards within the job responsibility.
Implementation of area specific, all the hygiene and product safety procedures and make sure that all the time all the applicable instructions are being followed by staff.
Maintaining the hygiene and sanitation condition of the assembly line.
