Job Function:
- Responsible for overseeing the people, processes, and operations to drive brand excellence in day-to-day operations of all assigned functions such as the Central Kitchen, Logistics, Purchasing, Application Management etc.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a growth mindset that can seize every new opportunity to get the job done more effectively and efficiently.
- Consistently maintains the highest quality of product and service standards.
- Define new processes to drive step change reductions in both fixed and variable costs of central kitchen and delivery operations.
- Pilot proposed changes in the real environment and have the ability to work in a start-up type environment, dealing with ambiguity on a regular basis.
- Partner with departments to analyze existing processes and identify opportunities to improve and optimize current operations with regards to Marketing, Purchasing, IT etc.
- Lead process-improvement efforts and manage the implementation of both business processes and technical solutions.
- Build, supervise, lead, and develop a diverse team of managers and delivery operations.
- Develop an action plan to address Logistics and Central Kitchen to meet brand standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or relevant field with minimum 8 to 15 years of experience in operations management.
- Previously an operations manager/food & beverage director.
- Experienced in the GCC.
- Experienced in middle-eastern or western F&B outlets.
- Proven experience with successfully managing complex budgets & P&L Management.
- Strong operation and sales background, mainly in managing people, customers and restaurants. •
- Understanding of overall business functions.
- Proficiency in MS-Office.
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics such as week's profitability data, i.e., labor %, COGS%, allowances %, etc.
- Working knowledge of IT, Logistics, FMCG and Business Infrastructure.
