JOB SUMMARY
You will develop and execute brand and show-level marketing plans, create and execute strategic market plans and improve marketing activities for all digital and traditional marketing activities.
We are looking for a savvy marketer in entertainment, Music, and movie who has a passion and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cover the daily work follow-up and daily reporting
- Conduct training as well as produce training materials, presentations, and handouts.
- Develop and execute marketing plans including advertising campaigns, promotions, social media, email marketing, PR, grassroots initiatives, and partnerships.
- Protect the company content over the web.
- Research industry trends, competitive landscape, upcoming tour, and fan/social conversation and put together key show-specific insights document.
- Drive the fan marketing outreach process, working with local communities and internal teams to drive the revenue from the subscriptions.
- Manage all paid and organic media – TV, Print, Radio, partner campaigns, social media, Other Pages, Digital and Experiential – spending, KPIs – coordinating with internal departments and external parties.
- Create a Marketing Plan, Action Plan, and budget for each series, movie, and video clip.
- Create a monthly publishing plan with the action plan and budget.
- Monitor actualized costs to stay within budget and communicate current spending to the management.
- Maintain marketing calendar, project timelines, settlement reconciliations, and post-event recap summaries for TenTime Originals
- Work on ad-hoc requests/research and analysis as needed.
- Facilitate the day of event marketing and logistics.
- Work with the team on direct market research, competitor analyses, customer service, and retention.
- Partner effectively with all internal stakeholders including the production team, Creative, content, and all other departments.
- Client Services and Ticket Operations to ensure consistent and constant communication with the subscribers.
- Must be able to multi-task between concurrent assignments, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles.
- Manage and monitor all social media campaigns then make the reporting reference to the KPIs.
- Flexibility in working extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Train and develop the marketing team members.
- Evaluate the marketing team as per their performance.
- Increase company and brand awareness
EDUCATION
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or communications.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 5 years experience working in Marketing
- Minimum of 2 years working in a supervisory role
SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND KNOWLEDGE
- Knowledge of direct marketing, promotion, or production technologies.
- Must have knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Ability to coordinate and present large amounts of complex information.
- Results-oriented
- Organized
- Experience in social media, Google AdWords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM
- Excellent written and oral skills
- Must be a flexible and reliable team player, both within own department and within the company as a whole
- Literacy in computers, the internet, and editing programs such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is necessary.

- Excellent communication skills including written and verbal; ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
- Close attention to detail and follow-through in all responsibilities.
- Up-to-date with the latest marketing best practices in all aspects of marketing communications.
