الوصف الوظيفي
Job Purpose:
The foreman is responsible for overseeing and delegating the jobs to the team for the installation, repair, and maintenance of company infrastructures and fixtures as per the directives of the foreman and the manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
- Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work.
- Supervise and train maintenance technicians.
- Hire and supervise tradesmen during installations, repairs, or maintenance (electricians, plumbers, etc.).
- Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation, etc.).
- Contribute to the development of the maintenance budget and ensure compliance.
- Monitor inventory of materials and equipment.
- Participate in the coordination of projects (e.g. renovations).
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as and when required by the foreman.

Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- 2 years experience working as a Foreman on a construction site.
- Excellent knowledge of construction equipment and procedures.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction plans.
- Strong problem-solving and management skills.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Exceptional leadership skills.
