Purpose of Role:

Scope & Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery Management for Seamless NCBS Experience.
  • Creating and managing a holistic functional training capability management system to deliver a seamless NCBS experience across all Service touch-points.
  • Establish & manage national norms on Training Management and monitor adherence on both training quantity and quality through Manager/ Assistant Manager training. This will include, but will not be limited to: –

o Training Process

o Centralized assessment mechanism

o National Training Schedules

o Trainer/Training resource management

  • Knowledge and Content management – Managing the entire life-cycle of training content design-structure-collate-deliver-improve through Manager/ Assistant Manager. This would include

o Driving and managing the Training Core Group and/or training partners.

o Coordinating with internal/external teams like IT, training & functional teams for feedback and participation.

  • Training MIS and Reports – Collate, analyze and publish pertinent data/information nationally as mandated by the client requirement and to ensure best practice sharing and implementation.
  • Facilitate Operation heads and Training managers in all areas pertaining to functional capability management
  • Execute any other projects (including transition and ramp up), tasks or activities required to align to national training initiatives and to enhance Training team performance.
  • To co-ordinate with other support functions like transition, operations, quality, hiring, on process requirements or any other requirements from the client for which the training department is directly responsible.
  • Directly responsible to meet all agreed SLA's for the team & process.
  • Monthly/quarterly / yearly reviews for Training managers and Assistant Managers.
