• Creating a systematic database of employee details to streamline various in-house processes.
• Contribute to the advancement of the company by managing efficient recruitment drives.
• Evaluate existing L&D sessions and implement modifications for improvement.
• Align the company's short and long-term goals by analyzing feedback and requirements of the workforce.
