الوصف الوظيفي
- Plan, manage and supervise the activities of Medical Laboratories across DHAMAN's Hospital which includes performing tests in biological, microbiological, clinical biochemistry, histology, hematology, and Cytology.
- in medical laboratory to assure their delivery in an accurate and timely fashion using proper safety precautions.
- Establish excellent business relationships and communication channels with a third-party service provider, negotiate Medical Laboratory service contracts and develop contracting and pricing arrangements.
- Review the operating results of the Medical Laboratory function and follow-up to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to correct insufficient results.
- Manage and monitor the Medical Laboratory activities outsourced to external third party to ensure its performing and acting according to the terms and specifications that were agreed on in the contract.
- Ensure maintaining satisfactory and safe performance of all Medical Laboratory area and ensure that quality assurance is regularly performed in all clinical areas and documented for audit purposes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medical Laboratory practice and technology to ensure that services provided are of the highest standard.
- Carry out the reallocation of laboratory staff across DHAMAN’s Hospital as well as plan, organize and monitor staff schedules, work shifts, days-off, absence and leave to ensure continuity of operations in coordination with Hospital Medical Management.
