- Check cleaning equipment condition.
- Coach Service team.
- Coordinate and liaise with clients at worksite.

- Handle complaints and feedback from clients.
- Handle reassignment of tasks when needed.
- Identify training needs for all cleaning staff.
- Implement work plans.
- Inspect work done by cleaners daily.

- Experienced in executive housekeeping duties to satisfy customers and adhere to the standard quality and hospitality regulations of the premises.
- Efficient in housekeeping responsibilities like cleaning rooms, catering to customer requests, and following instructions by an immediate supervisor.
