We are in search of a highly skilled and motivated leader to join our IT team. The selected candidate will be Oracle Financial Consultant; lead a team of skilled specialists.

Oracle User Support

Interact with user community providing excellent user support for Oracle Financials applications and related business processes.
Provide level (2) support for any escalated with the users, handholding and respond to queries.
Raise support tickets with Oracle support and follow up for solution to ensure the timely resolution of issues.
Provide user training to users on new functionalities.

Troubleshooting

Investigate and resolve complex problems through research and functional analysis.
Perform root cause analysis for frequently occurring issues and provide permanently fix it.
Provide continual assessment and review of unit testing and integration plans to ensure the solutions meet the business need and are working as designed.
Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing, and certification of software.

Reporting

Provide periodic status report to management (weekly, monthly).

المهارات

Bachelor's Degree in computer science or any Related field.
Must have minimum 8 years' experience in Oracle EBS – Financials.
Have Extensive knowledge on Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Personalization, Extensions.
Have Extensive knowledge on Oracle Financial modules (General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Cash Management, Fixed Assets)
Have Extensive knowledge on Oracle Taxes.
Have Extensive knowledge on Oracle Property Management.
Have Extensive knowledge on Oracle Subledger Accounting.
Excellent command of both Arabic and English languages.
Excellent Experience in requirements gathering and analysis techniques.
Excellent Experience in solution design and implementation.
Good to have experience on Oracle Fusion Financials.
Good to have knowledge on SCM modules.
