· Work closely with commercial team, management team and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
· Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
· Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
· Develop and maintain job descriptions for all roles.
· Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution
· Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
· Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
· Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
· Conduct performance and salary reviews
· Assisting in the development, creation, documentation and management of company policies and procedures, in alignment with corporate values and operational needs
· Set up a service level agreement with the medical insurance provider.
· Make travel arrangements for employees/managers, including scheduling flights, ground transportation, booking accommodations and handling any other trip-related tasks.
· Deal with correspondences, complaints and queries.
· Supervise and monitor the work of administrative staff.
· Manage office budgets.
