Payroll Executive

Job Description
Monthly Payroll Cycle:-
. Collect inputs on attendance, leaves, exits, incentives, decutions etc and process monthly payroll for all assigned 
businesses 
. Ensure adherence to timelines and compliance 
. Pass relevant entries in the system based on inputs from Finance & Businesses 
Full & Final Settlements:–
. Ensure separation entries are passed in the system in a timely manner 
. Ensure No Dues Forms and the relevance documents are collected from the business HRs and FFS are calculated 
accurately 
. Ensure the settlement amount is released to the employees in timely fashion and their Visa cancellations are 
processed as per the SLA agreed 
Occupational Health Card Medical Test:-
. Coordination with staff for availability and confirmation. 
. Documents submission to PRO for medical schedules 
. Sharing the medical papers to employees, managers and clubs with complete instructions of medical tests 
. Track and receive results from DHA on timely basis 
. Coordinate for financial support for Sharjah vaccinations and medical. 
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Education: Gradutation or Equivalent Degree in HR 
Eperience:2 – 5 years experiene in the same or similar capacity 
Skills:
a) Basic understanding of HR terms 
b) Good communication skills (both written & spoken) 
c)Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Power point and Excel 
d)Good understanding of Local Laws and regulations 
e)Excellent coordination skills
